Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 states in the USA only, at this time.  All shipping is via UPS Ground.  Street addresses must be provided.  PO boxes will not work.  Shipping is free for the Lower 48 states only.  The checkout page will calculate rates for AK and HI.  By the way, state sales tax is also included in the list price!

Lost or damaged during Shipping? 

Boxes of resin leave our premises in perfect condition, with addresses automatically applied to shipping labels exactly as supplied by you, the customer, through our store online.  Any issues after that are between the customer & shipper (always via UPS, Ground).  Problems are very rare.  Our UPS representative told us that she handles lost or damaged packages VERY infrequently.  Deliveries are made correctly per our UPS rep. over 99.99% of the time.  In practice, this is not anything to worry about, per UPS.

But: If the box is damaged or missing (extremely rare), then a claim must be filed by the customer, with UPS.  If the claim is successful UPS will inform & reimburse the shipper, & only up to $100.  In this case they will advise us of the (partial) refund, & after doing so, we will return the exact amount UPS refunds to us, to you.  Photographs are advised in the event of damaged products.  Do NOT bother filing a claim if the box is heavily damaged but the contents of the box are OK:  no refund will ever be made by UPS in that case. P er UPS, "the damaged box just did its job of protecting the contents."  Our major competitors' policy is exactly the same regarding shipping:  i.e. for you to take it up with UPS, & is stated on the outside of every box they deliver. 

If you think you have a legitimate claim, and have gotten no relief from contacting UPS directly. then contact us through our online store.  We will try to assist, within the above parameters.  We will do so (only) after you provide all (100%) of the following information:  name, address, email, phone number, photos (if product is damaged), what you ordered, & the case number you received from UPS as well as your UPS order number and date when you were notified that it should have arrived.  Thank you.
